Our expertise is in machining high performance plastics into complex parts such as insulators for telecommunications, liquid level sensors, electronics, also seals and valves for laboratories, hydraulics and pumps. We routinely run very difficult, small and intricate parts with OD's as small as .010" diameter, thin walls of .0010 and surface finishes better than a "16" finish to very tight tolerances of (+/-.0002) over long runs. All parts are machined to exact specifications. Our in house capabilities include slotting, cross drilling and tool making. Our on staff toolmaker fabricates our multiple step drills and cutting tools which enables us to respond quickly to any dimensional changes.
