Thin Walled Parts
At Parason Machine, we are able to machine ultra-thin walled parts, as thin as .001" in thickness using TeflonŽ and DelrinŽ. We are able to maintain less than a .0001" taper from end to end on the part.

Mid-size Parts
Shown here are some of the many parts machined on our 1/2" machines. We are able to achieve finishes that are better than a "16" finish, without burrs or hairs and hold consistent tight tolerances over large quantity runs.
We also have cross-drilling and slotting capabilities.

Larger Intricate Parts
Pictured here are parts that show our cabilities to machine long tapers and multiple diameters on parts 2-4 inches in length, while holding tolerances of +/- .0005" on all dimensions over the full length of the part as well as being able to hold +/- 15 minutes on tapers over an inch.
